1. Q: Are you a trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are a manufactory. Our factory is located in Xuancheng,Anhui
Province, which is convenient to delivery via Wu/Nanjing/Shanghai
Port.
2. Q: What's the size of your factory?
A: About 28,000 sqm.
3. Q: How many employees do you have ?
A: Around 180.
4. Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Usually 30% deposit, 70% balance by T/T.
5. Q: What kind of anodized finish you can do?
A: We can do glossy and sandblasting finish, the same to powder
coating finish.
6. Q: What color you can do for powder coating?
A: We can do all kinds of colors, you just need to offer color
samples for our reference, and before mass production, we will make
few samples send to you for checking and confirmation.
7. Q: What should I provide to get quotation at first?
A: Sketch or detailed drawings would be better. However, you will
never mind if you don’t have any, you can send small sample pieces
to us, our engineer will make details drawings for you, at the same
time, just notify us your requirements, such as the uses, surface
finish and lengths of aluminum profiles you need.
8. Q: How long does it take for samples and mass production?
A: a). Usually it will take 15-20 days for new moulds and free
samples (within 5 kg), after confirmation, 20-30 days for mass
production.
b). Negotiable for special sections.
